- Set up your broker accountUse your Happl invitation to create a password and access the policies assigned to you. Account setup is complete once you have signed in and verified your authenticator.
- Reset your portal passwordRequest a setup email if you have forgotten your password or need to finish account setup. Changing your password does not remove the requirement to use your authenticator.
- Set up two factor authenticationTwo-factor authentication adds a six-digit authenticator code to your password. The portal calls this multi-factor authentication or MFA. It is required before you can access policy information.
- Resolve authenticator problemsUse this article when your password is accepted but your authenticator code is rejected, or when you no longer have access to the authenticator registered to Happl.
- Find policies and understand report statusThe broker portal shows the companies and policies included in your access. Report status identifies what needs attention; it does not describe whether the underlying insurance cover is active.
- View and download policy documentsOpen a document in the portal to review it without downloading it. The viewer also provides comments and document-specific Happl AI context. Opening the viewer is recorded in policy activity.

- Resolve pending or rejected uploadsAn uploaded file can remain pending while it is checked or published. A security hold means the file is not available for normal use. These states are separate from report…
- Mark a report as completedConfirm completion only after every change in the current report has been actioned with the insurer. Your full name and confirmation form part of the policy record.
- Report an issue to HapplUse Report an issue when a current changes report is incorrect, unclear or cannot be actioned. This records the problem against the report and changes its status to With Happl.
- Comment and reply on documentsDocument comments keep questions and replies beside the relevant file. Brokers, Happl admins and clients with access can reply in a shared thread, including to their own messages.
