Before you begin
Reading a notification does not complete a report. A recorded document view confirms that the viewer was opened; it does not confirm that every row was reviewed or that insurer changes were made.
Steps
1. Select the notification bell in the top-right corner. Unread notifications are highlighted and counted on the bell.
2. Select a notification to open its policy and mark that notification as read. Check the update, reporting period and current status.
3. Use Mark all read only when you no longer need the unread markers. It changes notification status, not report completion.
4. Open a policy and review Policy activity for its recorded actions. Select Activity in the sidebar to review activity across your accessible policies.
5. Where available, select Open document & comments to inspect the file and its discussions.
6. After uploading, commenting or completing a report, check the relevant document list, discussion or activity entry to confirm the result.
Troubleshooting
No notifications: This may mean there are no updates available to you. Check All policies and the current report status directly; do not rely on notifications alone.
Expected action missing: Refresh once and check the correct policy and report. Do not repeat a completion or upload until you have checked whether it succeeded.
Old notification opens unexpected content: Check whether a newer report replaced the original or a document was recalled. Follow the current policy record.
Unable to open an update: Your access may have changed. Ask Happl to review your policy assignment.
If the issue is not resolved
Use the support chat at the bottom right, or email [email protected] with the policy, expected action, time and exact error. Brokers should also use Report an issue for a problem preventing report processing; client users should contact their broker or Happl.
