Find policies and understand report status

The broker portal shows the companies and policies included in your access. Report status identifies what needs attention; it does not describe whether the underlying insurance cover is active.

Before you begin

Brokers can review assigned policies and submit permitted actions. Happl manages company records, policy configuration, user accounts and access assignments.

Steps

1. Select Overview for a summary of action items, or All policies for the policies available to you.

2. Select Companies to browse by company. Open the required policy and check the company name, insurer and policy reference.

3. Check the reporting period and status before taking action. Use the document list to locate the relevant report.

4. Use the clickable breadcrumbs at the top to return to a previous level. If the navigation is collapsed, select Expand navigation to show its labels.

Troubleshooting

Needs action: The current report has not been completed and has no open issue. Review and action it before confirming completion.

With Happl: An issue is open. Read the issue details and await Happl’s response; completion is blocked while the issue remains open.

Complete: Completion has been recorded for the current report. A later report may require a new completion.

No report: No current changes report is available. Contact Happl if you expected one.

No companies or policies assigned yet: Contact your Happl representative to have policies added to your account. If previously visible records are missing, confirm you are signed in to the correct work account and refresh. Do not use a colleague’s login.

If the issue is not resolved

Use the support chat, or email [email protected] with the company, policy reference and your work email. If the displayed policy data is wrong, explain what needs correcting; brokers cannot edit company or policy setup themselves.
