Before you begin
Check Your pending uploads on the Documents page or a policy page. Note the filename and policy, because the queue can contain uploads for more than one policy.
Steps
1. If the file is Checking file, allow the check to finish and use Refresh saved uploads to check its status.
2. If it is Ready to publish or Awaiting file checks, select Resume publication when available. In an open upload dialog, use Retry publication.
3. If it is Held in quarantine, read the review summary. Do not attempt to bypass the hold by changing the extension or repeatedly uploading the same file.
4. Check the publication deadline shown beside a pending upload. If it has expired, prepare a fresh upload after resolving the original problem.
5. After a successful retry, confirm the file appears in the policy’s published document list.
Troubleshooting
Unsupported format or failed XLS conversion: Open the workbook in Excel and use Save As to save an Excel Workbook (.xlsx). In Google Sheets, use File > Download > Microsoft Excel (.xlsx). Reupload the exported file; renaming .xls to .xlsx does not convert it.
File over 20 MB: Produce an appropriately smaller file, preserving required data. Ask Happl how to provide a file that cannot be reduced safely.
Protected or unreadable workbook: Ask the document owner for a valid, readable export. Confirm any removal of protection is authorised.
Checks unavailable: Leave the pending file in place and contact Happl. Do not treat a pending file as published or cleared.
If the issue is not resolved
Email [email protected] with the policy, filename, file format, size and exact queue status or review summary. For a quarantined file, request review before attempting another upload.
