Reset your portal password

Request a setup email if you have forgotten your password or need to finish account setup. Changing your password does not remove the requirement to use your authenticator.

Before you begin

You must have an active portal account and access to its registered work email. Request and open the reset email in the same desktop browser.

Steps

1. On the sign-in page, select Set up your account or reset your password.

2. Enter your registered work email and select Email me a setup link.

3. Open the newest setup email in the same browser. Keep the setup page open while choosing your password.

4. Enter and confirm a password of at least 12 characters, with uppercase and lowercase letters, a number and a symbol. Select Save password.

5. Sign in with the new password and your current authenticator code. Saving a password signs out existing account sessions.

Troubleshooting

No email: Check junk mail and quarantine, then check the address entered. The confirmation message does not confirm whether an account exists.

Link cannot be verified: Request a new link and use only the newest email. Avoid switching browsers or private browsing sessions during the reset.

Too many attempts: Wait for the period shown before trying again. Repeated requests can delay recovery.

Authenticator unavailable: Follow the article on authenticator problems. A password reset does not recover a lost authenticator.

If the issue is not resolved

Contact [email protected] from your registered address. Include the error, browser and time of the last attempt. If you cannot access that inbox, contact your Happl representative for account recovery; do not create a duplicate account.
