Before your quotes are added to the platform, you’ll usually have had an initial call with your Happl insurance representative so they can understand what you’re looking for and what type of cover you need.
How to find your quotes
To view your insurance quotes:
Log in to Happl.
Go to Admin.
Select Policies.
Open the Quotes tab at the top of the page.
Here, you’ll be able to see the quotes available to you. You may only have one quote, or you may have several depending on the type of review Happl is carrying out for you.
You can also switch between quote views, including all quotes and closed quotes, where applicable.
Reviewing a quote
To review a quote, click into it from the Quotes tab.
Inside the quote, you’ll see an overview of the review. This may include details related to your renewal, new policy, or market review.
You’ll also see any quote files associated with the review. Happl will generally compare pricing across at least three providers where possible, and may also negotiate with providers to help secure suitable cover at a competitive price.
To open an individual quote file, click the file attached to the quote.
What information you can see
Depending on the quote, you may be able to view:
Quote files
Premium amounts
Quote status
An overview of the quote information
Updates related to the quote
Messages or comments in the quote chat
The quote status helps you understand where each quote is in the process.
Accepting or declining a quote
When you’re ready to make a decision, you can accept or decline a quote directly in Happl.
Managing this in the platform helps keep a clear audit trail of your decision. Once a quote has been accepted, Happl can move forward with arranging the selected scheme for you.
Asking questions about a quote
If you have questions while reviewing a quote, you can use the chat feature within the quote to contact the Happl team.
