Overview
The Happl Referral Programme rewards people who introduce us to companies that go on to become Happl customers. If your referral signs a contract with Happl, both you and the company you referred to us receive a reward.

Rewards are issued once the referred company has signed a contract and completed onboarding.
How it Works
Submit the referral. Email your contact's name, company, and a brief note to your account manager at Happl, before we have made any independent contact with the company. Or simply fill out the form here and we will be in touch!
We follow up. The Happl sales team reaches out to the referred company within 5 working days and keeps you updated on progress.
Company signs up. If the referred company signs a contract with Happl within 12 months of the referral date, the referral is confirmed as successful.
Rewards are issued. Once the contract is signed and onboarding is complete, we issue the referrer's and referee's rewards within 30 days.
Eligibility
Referrer
Can be a current Happl customer, partner, or any individual outside of the Happl sales and business development team.
Happl employees in sales, business development, partnerships, or marketing roles are not eligible to claim referrer rewards for companies already in their remit.
Self-referrals (referring to your own employer or a company you own/control) are not eligible.
Referee (the referred company)
Minimum 200 employee headcount at the time of the referral.
Must not already be an active Happl customer or currently in an active sales conversation with Happl at the time of referral.
Must sign a contract with Happl within 12 months of the date the referral was submitted.
Terms & Conditions
Company must sign up with Happl within 12 months of the referral being submitted. Referrals not converted within this window expire automatically.
The referred company must have a minimum headcount of 200 employees at the point of referral.
Referrals must be submitted before Happl's sales team has made independent contact with the company; referrals for companies already known to Happl or already in our pipeline are not eligible.
One reward per successful referral. If a company is referred by multiple people, the reward is paid to whoever submitted the referral first.
Rewards are paid out only after the referred company has signed a contract and completed onboarding with Happl.
The 10% first-year discount applies to platform subscription costs only and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless agreed in writing by Happl.
Gift card and charitable donation values are quoted in GBP. Where a donation is chosen, it will be made to a registered charity of the recipient's choice, subject to Happl's standard due-diligence checks.
Recipients are responsible for any personal tax liability arising from rewards received under this program.
Happl reserves the right to withhold or reclaim a reward in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.
Happl reserves the right to amend, suspend, or end the Referral Programme at any time, with reasonable notice for referrals already in progress.
This programme is separate from, and not to be combined with, any other Happl partner, affiliate, or reseller agreement.
