Getting Started with Happl

Welcome to Happl we're so glad to have you!

Happl is your go-to place for all things benefits provided by your employer. You can follow this article to familiarise yourself with the platform and learn how to get your account set up.

Logging In

Once your employer has given you the green light, you can access Happl by heading to app.happl.com and signing in with your work email or through the SSO if your employer has enabled this.

Your Happl Dashboard

Once you've successfully logged into Happl you'll be able to view your personalised Happl dashboard. This page covers everything available to you from your employer.

Allowances

If your employer provides you with allowances you'll be able to see these across the top of your dashboard. From this screen you'll be able to see the balance, the renewal rate as well as the methods available to access the allowance. Click on the allowance to activate your card and get started!

Core Benefits

The second section will cover any insurance benefits you are active on or eligible for. You'll be able to see a short overview as well as your status, hit learn more to read more about these benefits.

Company Benefits

The final section will display all of the benefits on offer from your company. This can range from cycle schemes to enhanced parental leave, if you click on these benefits you'll be able to read more about them as well as checking out the redemption information.

Your Happl Profile

To check out your Happl profile, click the icon in the bottom right corner. Here you can attach an image, bio, personal information, interests, and more. It's important that you fill this out so that we can recommend personalised and inclusive benefits to you.

Most of your information should have pulled from a connected HRIS provider, but if any of it is incorrect we encourage you to change it directly on your HR platform, this will then be updated automatically on Happl.

We'll need your address and mobile number to issue you with a card for your allowance (if applicable). Double check the mobile number we have on file as you'll need this to receive any OTP's when making purchases! 💳

What else can I access with Happl?

Happl has a few extra features which you can access as standard as a member of the community

Discount Marketplace

If you click the stars in the navigation bar on the left you'll be directed to the discount marketplace. This is filled with thousands of offers for the Happl community, covering everything from massages, meal kits, gym memberships and more. Simply click the provider you're interested in and use the code or unique link to access the deal.

Happl Gifting

If you click the gift icon on nav bar on the left you'll be taken to Happl's gifting portal. Here you can find a great variety of gifts at great prices. From Fortum to Bloom and Wild theres something for everyone. You can use this to send gifts to teammates as well as friends and family. Simply click on a gift, select a colleague or enter the details manually and pop in your Happl or personal card details. We'll then handle the rest and get your gift out as soon as possible.
