How long does it take for AXA Health coverage to go live?

After signing up for AXA Health coverage through Happl, employees often want to know when their coverage will become active and how they'll be notified of the activation.

After signing up for AXA Health coverage through Happl, here's what happens:

  1. Your status in Happl will change to "Active Pending Info" once your application is being processed

  2. AXA Health will email your coverage documents directly to your registered email address, typically within a few business days

  3. Once the documents are received and processed, your coverage status will automatically update in Happl

No action is required from you during this process. The system will automatically update once your coverage is active. If you haven't received your documents within a week of signing up, please contact Happl support for assistance.
