You can now check the status of all of your insurance requests directly on Happl. This is designed to provide you with more insight on the insurance progress, and most importantly notifying you when your cover is live.
What can I use the insurance tracker for?
You can use the insurance tracker for all insurance requests and changes. These include:
Opting in to a policy
Opting out of a policy
Adding a dependant
Removing a dependant
Updating dependant information
Where can I find the tracker?
Insurance trackers live within the policies listed on your home tab. Click into your policy and click "View Progress" at the top of the page. For dependants, click View Progress on the table on each row.
