To get Happl integrated with your IRIS Cascade system, please provide:
Read & Write API Key
Even though Happl will only perform reads (we will not write back to your system), IRIS requires a read/write key to permit the necessary access.Access to the Production Environment
The key must work in your live (production) instance, not a test or sandbox environment.Details of the person/team doing the setup
We need internal contact info (name, role, email) for the person who will handle the technical implementation on your side.
Steps to request API access (what you’ll send to IRIS)
Below is the process you or your IT team should follow to request IRIS access.
Contact IRIS support or your IRIS account manager.
Use their standard API access request process, quoting this information.In your request, explicitly state that you are requesting read & write access (even though write is unused) to the production environment.
Provide the name and email of your technical contact (the person who will set up the integration on your side) so IRIS knows who to liaise with.
Once IRIS approves, they will issue you an API key and credentials.

Below is a template you can adapt and email to IRIS support or your IRIS rep:

Complete the connection to Happl
Once IRIS responds with the relevant API credentials - you'll be able to go ahead and make the connection on the Happl platform.
Head to the Integrations page in Happl
From your home screen head to Settings then Integrations and hit 'Connect' under the HRIS section.
Follow Flow for Adding Your API key to Happl
Once you have selected IRIS Cascade from the HRIS integration list, follow the steps to enter your IRIS Cascade Client ID and Secret.
Sync Data to Happl
Once you have completed the above steps the data sync will begin to Happl. Depending on the size of your business this could take a few minutes to an hour. Once complete you will be able to review the data in the 'Data Audit' Section of Settings.
