If you have reimbursements enabled on your allowance you can make a claim for a purchase you made on your personal card. This is great if you're a little short on your balance, if you forget to use your Happl card, or if the provider you use doesn't accept card payments.
How do I know if I have reimbursements enabled on my allowance?
Your Happl allowance may have reimbursement requests enabled, if you check out app.happl.com/allowances you'll be able to see this underneath the allowance titles. You'll also know if + create reimbursement is visible on the top right corner of the allowance screen.
How do I submit a reimbursement request?
Click on the allowance you wish to make the request from, then hit + create reimbursement in the top right corner.
From here you can enter all of the details required by your employer to make the payment. Let them know what this request is for and when you made the payment, also include the requested amount in your companies main currency. You'll then need to attach the receipt and hit submit.
What happens next?
Once you've submitted your request your manager / people team will be notified, they'll then approve or deny it. If your request is approved, the payment will be added to your next payslip. It's worth checking what your team's policy is for reimbursements as this varies from company to company.
I haven't heard anything, can I check on the progress of my reimbursement on Happl?
If you'd like to check the status of your reimbursement requests you can do so by finding the request in your allowance transactions. This will either be marked as:
Pending
Your request is still waiting for approval
Approved
Your request has been approved by a manager but has not been paid yet
Denied
Your request has been denied by your manager
Paid
You have received the reimbursement for this request
