Happl Hub Overview
The Happl Hub is your main admin dashboard, giving you a live view of your employee activity, upcoming events, and benefit engagement.
Key sections include:
Employee Count & Status: See how many employees are active, invited, or off-boarded at a glance.
Reimbursements Overview: Quickly view the most recent claims and allowance usage.
Team Celebrations: Track upcoming birthdays, work anniversaries, and new starters. You can send gifts or messages directly from this panel.
Quick Links to Benefits & Partners: Featured benefits and integrations are surfaced here, making it easy to explore and manage.
Insights Dashboard
The Insights tab helps you understand benefit usage and impact with real-time data.
What you’ll find:
Allowance Uptake: View average employee participation per allowance, broken down by region and type.
Spend by Category: See where employees are using their allowances, bookstores, restaurants, memberships, etc.
Top Merchants: Identify the most popular places your team spends their allowance, helping you tailor future benefit choices.
Filter by Time Range or Benefit Type: Adjust filters to focus on specific periods or individual perks for deeper analysis.
For the insights dashboard you can filter with start and end dates, as well as by an allowance for richer insights. For any other insights such as specific spend, tax deductions, enrolments and more, these can be found within Finance Hub → Reports.
