Once you've set up your insurance policies through Happl, you'll be able to manage how your team views and interacts with them on their benefits dashboard.

Finding the insurance tab
To find the insurance tab you will need to be an admin, simply click the heart insurance icon on the left of the screen.
Viewing your policies
Once you're viewing the insurance tab you'll be able to see all of your active policies as well as the get a quote button in the top right of the screen.
Once you click view you'll be shown more details of the selected policy, including the cover dates, policy ID and monthly cost.
Managing your policies
If you hit manage policy you will be able to manage and edit how your team view and interact with their insurance policies.
Assign
You have the option to make the policy visible company-wide, as well as group, and employee based. If a policy is only available in a certain country, this will only be visible to employees based in this country. Use this feature to assign specific policies to leadership, specific teams or groups of employees.
Dependants
You are also able to toggle whether to allow your team to add dependants. If you'd rather not offer this simply untick the box. If you do wish to offer this option, make sure to clarify who will be paying for this additional cost so we can make sure we send you the correct information.
Opt-in or out?
You may wish for your team to be automatically added to some of your policies, this is particularly relevant to group policies such as life insurance or critical illness protection. First let us know if the policy will be opt-in (employees let Happl know if they'd like to be added) or opt-out (employees let Happl know if they'd like to be removed). If you'd like all new employees to be able to access the policy, make sure to tick auto invite employees.
Listing
Within the listing section you will be able to manage what is visible to other admins and to your team. To edit simply click the box and type.
Core Details
You can find all of the core details of your policy at the bottom of this screen, if you need to change or update any of these details feel free to reach out to your Happl contact or email [email protected].
What the employee sees
Once an employee is active or has been marked eligible for insurance, they will be able to see the policy on their dashboard. From here they'll be able to make any changes they require without needing to involve you.
