To get to the preferences area of Happl, click settings and then preferences.

Requests is a Happl feature which allows users to submit accommodation requests through the platform. From here you'll easily be able to create a one-time allowance to support employees with issues like bad backs and supplying them with a standing desk to work safely from home. If you'd rather manage this off platform you can untick requests under preferences and this feature will be removed from view of employees.

If you are integrating your HRIS platform with Happl, you may wish to turn on auto-invites, meaning whenever a new user is added to your HR platform they will receive an invite to the Happl platform on their start date. Learn more about HRIS integrations here!

Depending on your workflows - you may want to be mindful of the email address used for the employee on the HR platform.

If you have set up your Happl integration with Slack you will have the option to turn off your slack receipt reminders. You may wish to keep this on if you are requiring transaction receipts from your team. With this integration they will be reminded in Slack as they make the transaction and can easily add the receipt within the Slack thread, removing the need for them to log-in to Happl.
