Happl is designed to be the one stop shop for all things benefits and employee engagement. To create the best experience for your team we'd recommend adding as many benefits and perks to your home page as possible, this could include:

First head to the benefits page on the admin section of the nav bar (#7). From here you can edit and create new benefits.

Tap create benefit in the top right hand corner of the screen, you'll then be able to add the details of your benefit.

Tell us what this benefit is, e.g. Health Insurance, Wellbeing Allowance.

This is your opportunity to catch peoples eye. Whats the tax saving? How much is the allowance? Alternatively you can just leave this bit blank

Give us a top-line overview of what this benefit is, try and keep it to just a few sentences.

Select a category this benefit falls under.

Here you can toggle whether the benefit is visible to the team, make sure its inactive if you're not ready to share yet.

This is your opportunity to add more colour to your benefit. Tell your team exactly whats on offer, what this benefit is for and even why you're choosing to offer it. You can link out to other documents or websites here too, just hyperlink it using the tools!

Next we move on to styling this is where you can dictate how things look and make your benefits stand out!

Pop the logo of the benefit provider or your company logo here - this will be the icon next to the title of the benefit.

Here is where you can upload the header image for your benefit. You can choose multiple images but we recommend choosing something eye-catching and large enough not to be blurry once uploaded.

This section is designed to help employees access their benefits, pop in any useful links, promo codes and additional information which will allow employees to access this benefit.

If you'd like to encourage employees to use their allowance towards specific benefits you can tick redeem by allowance, this will give employees the option to view their card details from this benefit, making checkout a little easier.
