Adding team admins to Happl

Happl admins are able to access all features of the Happl platform. We recommend limiting this to the users who will be taking ownership of the Happl platform as well as the finance team.

If you haven't added the whole team yet

Head to settings then admins. From here you'll be able to tap invite admins in the top right of the screen. You can then enter the emails of the people you would like to have admin access. This will trigger an email invite to those users and they can use this link to log-in to Happl.

If you'd like to add additional admins after you've launched

Head to people & groups (#9 on the navigation bar) and select the team member you'd like to make an admin. You can then hit edit profile in the bottom right corner.

Once you enter the profile settings you can scroll down to profile type and select the admin role from the drop down. This change will be implemented immediately and once the new team admin refreshes their page they will be able to see all of the admin tools.
